Fully furnished our new home here and just received our 2nd delivery today. This has been the easiest, smoothest transaction. The staff at the Glendale location are extremely helpful, especially Danessa. The delivery staff was very helpful and kind to our new home. They left no mess and even offered suggestions on how the couches would look best.

Purchased a sofa bed that broke within weeks. Sofa was repaired and broke again. Product may have been dropped and damaged before delivery or just made cheap. Second warranty claim was denied and customer service management said I would have to pay for all repairs and would not let me speak to other management.

Jacob and Griffin delivered my new bed. Jacob set it up. He was so friendly and funny. When they left, they took all the packaging with them. The room was left tidy with that beautiful bed all set up.

I just wanna start out by saying that we had the hardest time… Choosing a couch… only found your beautiful big green sofa. My husband and I fell in love. We initially went there and we weren’t ready to pull the trigger. I went back up there with my sister-in-law and she said hey there’s a gentleman named Melvin. He’s amazing. He actually helped me with my purchase and low and behold as she speaking him into existence here he comes walking up to us, all smiles, great personality, and willing to do what was best for us as a customer! Not only that he remembered my sister-in-law by name which spoke even more volumes to how he is with customer service. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed. Made things work in order for us to get the couch of our dreams. I just wanna let you know now that he’s the epitome of what customer service is as it is Extremely hard to get good help nowadays. So thank you so very much Melvin for helping us through this process as well as following up with us in regards to delivery of our couch.

The delivery team was ahead of schedule and called me to update their earlier arrival. They were efficient and made sure to have me check everything over. It use to be a 5 star but I went yesterday and saw that they got rid of the vending machine and they added a store that you could only pay with a credit card I think that it’s outrageous and that if there gonna add a store at least let us pay with cash they should think more about the people that don’t have a credit card and they should definitely add the vending machine back so for now I will rate y’all as a 1 star😡

We went in today to get bunk beds, and J.J was very helpful. He helped us pick out some mattresses too! We had an awesome experience thanks to J.J! At the checkout Alexis was very nice as well. We highly recommend you go there and ask for J.J and Alexis to help you out.

Easy sale, I knew what I wanted, just dressers of a specific brand. I was in and out in fast timing. No pressure from salesman, was helpful on information with other potential future sell on adjustable bed frames.

From showroom to our home. We purchased patio furniture. It looked just like showroom display. Kept us updated on what day would work for us for delivery. Then they gave us a window for arriving. They were exactly in there window. Delivery personal were excellent! They were efficient and polite and very fast. We will buy again from American Furniture Warehouse. Made everything easy for customer’s not themselves. Thank you for your sales personal to delivery personal they deserve a compliment for doing such a great job.

The two gentlemen that came to my house to unload the furniture I purchased were very polite and handled our merchandise with extreme care. Extremely quick and in little to no time, everything was set up where we wanted it to be, and they most definitely deserve a fabulous review.
I would also like to rate my review with American furniture warehouse a 10 out of 10 stars especially for how quickly they were able to schedule their deliveries. I just picked out my furniture pieces from their showroom not even two days ago and I have everything I ordered in my house, set up already.

Scammers and Liars, I cancelled my order the next day and it’s supposed to take 7-5 days for a refund? Next thing I know I get a call that my furniture is ready for delivery 🤦 so I tell them the order had been cancelled a few days ago and all I want is my refund, had to make another call and they tell me order was never cancelled, so now it’s cancelled again and it will be another 7-5 days, in this day and age refunds are instant and take no more than the next business day to reflect my account.
Now I’m going to call my credit card company because you can’t trust anyone these days to do their job properly.

Poor experience (so far)! On a Sunday purchased a floor model recliner sofa. Was told, policy says it must be delivered in 48 hours...I said okay, deliver it tomorrow (Monday), they replied they could not do it until Tuesday. I asked to extend the delivery past the 48 hours as I had an appointment Tuesday in California. Again I was told no, must be in 48 hours! Changed my appointment and departure date to California for Wednesday. Was called by AFW rep on Monday to confirm my Tuesday delivery and time slot, to which I replied OK. Received on Tuesday a call from AFW delivery that my time slot for delivery is 9:30 - 10:30., I replied OK. At 10:30 received a call from AFW that my sofa didn't make it on the delivery truck, and would be delivered on Wednesday! What happened to the 48 hour delivery policy they stuck me with? I am trying to cancel the order as I will be out of town for a couple of weeks. I will follow up this review when settled. UPDATE 6/21... Received a full refund thanks to a courteous, and apologetic service rep.

It's good furniture for the price. It's not high end, you aren't getting furniture that will last for 10 years. But I guess most people want to redecorate and throw everything away after 3 years anyway. I've come to accept that I'm in the minority on that front. If you've never had a memory foam couch, it's going to take some getting used to. It's much different than a quality constructed couch. It takes a while for the foam to become comfortable and you always have to deal with recovery of the foam once you've been sitting in it. But after a little wear in, my couch is decent. I project it'll be fairly comfortable for about 3 years. Maybe 4. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, delivery was swift and efficient. I'd buy from them again with my new expectations and my limited budget.

Don’t order online unless you want to be harassed for fraud when you drive 10+ hrs round trip and then they will charge you again! Make sure you have double what you paid when you show up just incase they hold your funds for 5+days like they did to us!

The drivers were on time, early actually. I truly appreciated that and also they contacted me 45 min before to give their ETA. They were kind and very careful delivering the piece of furniture! Highly recommend AWF!! Will definitely use them again if I ever need furniture.

Changing my one star to a 3 review. I should not have to beg demand or make complaints. But if the sofas are ripped dont charge your customer a delivery fee. Make it right. With out asking. Delivery drivers got here on time.

Superior service from this location every time we go there!
Co Ko is our sales rep and has been for a few years now! She always goes the extra mile for us. We went into the store and tried out the massage chairs almost 2 weeks ago now, and while we did, i picked up a flyer by the chairs with model & pricing for each to take with me! I figured this would be a good idea for Mother's Day as well as my wife's 50th birthday the week after mother's day! I called Co Ko to place the order but found the price had gone up $800 from the original price on the flyer! She did all she could, had me send pictures of the flier and send to her, told me who to contact, which I did. I ended up on the phone with AFW corporate and they said someone would be in touch with me from our local store location soon. I later received a call from Susie, our AFW store locations, sales manager, and she said they were going to honor the original price of the massage chair! All of this happened in a 24-hour timeframe. I wish I had the service agent i spoke with at their corp. offices in Colorado's name because she also went the extra mile (had me send her the pic's of the flier) to make sure everything was being done to try and honor the price! Thank you AFW and your professional saff!

Trust me you will want to buy something. The prices are good and of course there's your standard to upper crust. Saw some pretty cool stuff this weekend and will likely get back there to make our final decisions. We have purchased from them before. They are very nice, and they don't attack you like a salesperson. You know like when you go to a car lot LOL. We are looking to get out of the I have to plug in my couch stuff, and they have a lot of that as well that's nice quality and very doable for what we're trying to achieve. They definitely have the electronic types as well. It's just not our thing anymore. They had some stuff I was tempted about though that did still plug in, I'm just looking for options that don't. Keep up the great work everyone.

We Iove walking around and looking at their furniture, but their computer systems are terrible. Being told that the item wanted is not in stock at the facility and to "Order order it online." Then, trying to order online, it claims that there were NINE items in stock at the facility. I called their customer service, and they claimed it was 'free' shipping. I tried to order it again, and it came up as shipping for an extra $90. Another woman then stated that some items are free shipping, and others aren't.?. Worse, they claimed to have it sent to the store, and someone would notify me upon arrival. Another employee across America claimed it was at the store, yet to call them before driving out. So after talking to over six employees for one small item, nobody knows where it is, yet I paid for it!!!

I will come back and edit my review once my furniture is received. But so far I am not impressed. Furniture was purchased 4/5, we were told 2-3 weeks. I called today more than 3 weeks later, to check the status and was told it hasn’t even left the Denver warehouse yet and it will be at least another 10 days to get to Phoenix plus then I will have to wait for the delivery to be scheduled. Who knows when I will get my furniture.

From the moment we stepped inside we were able to shop and were greeted by Dirk who was informative and allowed us to make our selection without hovering. Very respectful and courteous. Even the delivery was seamless and the drivers were outstanding. They worked together to back the truck up, pull the furniture out and place it right where I requested. My whole experience was awesome!

I am a frail anemic 105 pound woman..i dont deserve this at all! Then my ottoman was backorder, the day of delivery (delivery at 8am they called me at 7:56am) they called me and told me it was damaged in the warehouse?? how is this possible when I just paid the day before? They made a mistake a delivered my ottoman to someone else and then lied to me saying it was damaged and that I had to wait a week after ive already been waiting a month?? awful horrible company, ...

I can say that I had a great experience at this store. All the staff is inviting and courteous. The store is clean and arranged beautifully. Above all else, the sales consultant, Lynn Kobzeff made the experience for my self and my mother the most enjoyable. When I go into a retail location, I usually feel like when they ask if I need any help I get rushed. This wasn’t the case at all this time she was so patient and let us see everything we asked for and gave some great recommendations. This lady really knows her products. I hope I can work with her again.

We found the furniture we needed for our needs and bought an Italian leather couch. The individuals that deliver the furniture and repair the furniture were very professional and cordial. We spent 5k on a all leather set of couches that's supposed to have a 5 year warranty. Have had to have them repaired numerous times because the recliners break. It's a know issue according to the techs we've had out and they have to replace them all the time.
After the first year you have to spend 49 dollars for diagnostic fee, then 49 dollars an hour for repairs with the warranty. This was there high end stuff with premium leather etc. and it's built like crap. Go somewhere else and do your research, we thought this place had quality, but it's not the case.

Paid for a desk ocee 2 weeks ago no one called but it was supposed to be in a few days ago, I called to check on it and got Claudia who spoke so fast you couldn't understand her, then I repeat the order # several times, cause she apparently wants you to speak as slowly as possible but can't give you the same courtesy, then she says "its ready come get it" and literally hung up the phone. Didn't see if i heard or understood or had questions, just "it's ready ckme get it" then bam disconnects. So rude. I am seriously rethinking buying furniture for my new home there cause it was just as bad when ww went to the showroom cause they must look for who they think has $ and everyone else is left searching for a rep to help. Looks can be deceiving tho so they aee about to lose out on a big sale. Ridiculous. Customer service has gone so far downhill, now the custkmer is supposed to kiss a** to get help.
