Worst experience ever !!!
Went into America Furniture on May 22nd spent/bought $14,000 worth of furniture. Was told all in stock and will be delivered on the 25th.
May 25th comes , 2 night stands missing, all left side dresser drawers were put on lined off so the drawers wont open and close properly, left side of dresser mirror isn't stained, 2 TV entertainment towers missing, ALL couch legs scratched !! Delivery person takes pics and notes it all down to relay to proper ppl who handle these kind of mishaps and tells us someone will be calling us. NO CALL. Called to see why we never got a call the next business day and are told we have to reach out to "warranty" department which we do and then they tells us they will have it all fixed only to wait a few days and have to call back yet again to learn it was NEVER put into their system. Husband goes down in person and learns that not only are our 2 entertainment towers sitting there in the back but our 2 night stands are on back order and won't come till July !! (No curiosity call to let us know) Then they say they have to send a tech out to look at the problem pieces before doing anything about it. Husband makes appt right then and there in store with a manager of that department and calls today to see when someone will be showing up and he learns, IT WASNT PUT IN !! AGAIN!!! Try to say they called us and left a "voice mail", we dont have voicemail set up on either cell. Just a bunch of the unnecessary run around to find answers to solve our problems !! Totally unprofessional !! Wasting time and thinking we will let it go, wrong customer, not us. Careful cause they will take your $ fast but will dance around the problem to fix their mess up!! Its been 2 weeks and still nothing is fixed or solved! Dont take their word, make sure to call and check on your order and get names of who you spoke to. Just want what we paid for or compensate us for YOUR mistakes!

I love AFW, I always have a great experience. Steve, the salesman was amazing and the delivery guys as well. They came on time and handled my furniture with care while climbing up 3 flights of stairs!

This is the way furniture shopping should be. There are not sales people lined up at the door waiting to ambush you. They dont follow you around the store asking you questions. The quality here is mid-range with some lower end and some high end quality items. They dont sell tempurpedic beds, there was only one called the SeaBreeze Copper that came close at 1/4 the price. Otherwise the mattress selection is just mid range quality IMO. They do offer a van rental on first come first serve basis. Its $20 for an hour which includes gas and tolls. Never saw that offer before. Overall it was a great experience here to save some money.

"British" Alex was an awesome salesman! Very friendly, not pushy and full of humor! Found a great sleeper sofa for a fantastic price!
Just got our sleeper sofa delivered. Im at work, but my wife was home. Communication was great, delivery was quick and easy! Wife said that Henry was very nice (coincidentally our dog is named Henri!)

I just had my sofa delivered..it was originally scheduled between 3:00-6:00pm..the driver called around 1pm and updated me that they would be coming earlier which was totally ok with me..they arrived as they said they would! Great guys, very personable and polite! Give these guys a raise!! Really Really!!

Great service and quality furniture. Maria at the sales floor was very helpful. Richard and Nolan knocked out of the park with delivery. They were careful with the furniture and the walls taking them upstairs along with a smile and friendly attitude!

Their delivery people WILL barricade the main entrance of your apartment complex with an 18 wheeler and prevent anyone from being able to go in or out. Ask me how I know.

What I really appreciated was how the gentleman gave my wife and me plenty of time to review the setup, decide what to return, and explore other options. We ended up purchasing furniture for the entire house, and the installation was both quick and incredibly professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the work, and we’re excited to return today to select even more furniture!

Very nice store. All inventory well displayed in a friendly and clean environment and. I met Meghan Bridenthol. She showed me a few items and proceeded to complete the transaction on a recliner couch. Professional, thorough and efficient.
Then a couple of days later I wanted to add a bed to my order and include in my shipment. Meghan was off, but completed the transaction over the phone and added to my scheduled delivery.
Thank you Meghan for such an exceptional experience. AFW will continue my business in the future.

I had such an amazing experience at AFW Katy. The prices are pretty reasonable. Our Sales Associate Alex Burlton was very kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. My husband and I greatly appreciate him assisting us on our purchase of a King Size Mattress and Box Springs. He was very patient with us as well as giving us time to look around and always came back to check on us to see if we had any questions or concerns. He made our time there very pleasant and also gave us some great laughs. Alex has great customer service and we are so thankful for him and our purchase.

This is the place to go if you are looking to buy new furniture! They have the widest assortment of premium furniture at the most reasonable prices! Steve was my salesperson. He assisted me in selecting the ideal living room furniture. He was honest and patient with me, offered me advice on how to properly care for and preserve the furniture, and even took the time to look at photos of my house to make sure everything matched. And even though he had already made the deal, he was always there to support me. When there was a delivery error, he helped me to get the best possible solution, which was delivered the very next morning. He is very skilled and informed, and he's an expert in home decor. I highly recommend you shop here and ask for Steve!!

The men were very professional, kind, and cheerful. It was a pleasure exchanging small talk as they delivered my sofa. They answered all of my questions, and rearranged the sofa as needed. I had an amazing experience with the salesperson Steve!!!. He helped me find the perfect living room set for my family, and I’m absolutely thrilled with his service. I was a bit indecisive at first, but he made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable for me. I went to the store about three times before making a final decision, and throughout it all, I stayed in touch with Steve. The service I received from JT at the Katy location was excellent! He went above and beyond helping me look for a sofa set and a matching rug. He was so friendly and funny. I would definitely recommend you look for him as soon as you get to the store. This will be my go to guy every purchase I make there.
