They delivered a house load of furniture and set up all the beds in Galveston so two flights of stairs - no complaining these two guys were awesome. Thank You AFW

From the selection to the sales staff. The environment in store. It was all excellent. The professionalism did not stop there. The delivery was very good, they were very professional and curious people. They were on time and got the stuff where it needed to go. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Bought a couch they delivered it broken twice and couldn't replace. Got a refund. Picked a different couch. Also delivered broken. Do not recommend this business at all. Full refund and still need to find a different couch and business.

The delivery technicians were very polite and professional and on time. They went to great care to make sure everything was moved out of the way and they had a clear path without damaging anything. Easily 10 out of 10.

Never believe them when they tell you the delivery time. I had to cancel my order because it didn’t get here on the time I was told. I went to gallery furniture and they made it happen for me.

Great customer service. Delivery arrived at 7am. They assembled everything and were gone in 30 mins. Great prices. Hard wood and or plywood, no particle board.

Just had a chair delivered from American Furniture Warehouse the delivery Team was professional, polite and very respectful. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the price was reasonable. I’ll be buying a new bedroom set soon and I’ll buy it from them.

The delivery guys were extremely patient and very professional as we waited around for a little bit to figure out the elevator situation in downtown Houston to get up to the 24th floor of a high-rise. They made the whole experience extremely comfortable and seamless. Top Not h Customer Service!!!

There was a confusion with the delivery time for my delivery. My schedule was from 8 - 11 but I wasn't going to be home until 9. I called to reschedule the time and thought everything was good. My delivery guys called @ 820 and said they would be there in about 13mins. They apologized for the confusing. They showed up unpacked everything and waited for about 10 mins for me to get home so I wouldn't miss my delivery. The delivery team was awesome. My salesman was awesome.

The transaction was excellent as was the delivery. Trent and Hunter communicated their arrival. They were was on time. I could not have asked for a more efficient crew. The furniture was brought into the house carefully and set up in a matter of minutes. Site was clean and delivery effortless. Thanks to Meghan for an outstanding job as my sales agent. Thank you AFW!

Spent thousands here. I would guess $5,000 in the last few months. Bought a crib and went to load into suv and the people refused to give me the crib i paid for saying the box wouldnt fit my suv. I said its fine ill unbox it if need be and load the parts inside. They refused saying it was their responsibility for my safe operation of a vehicle. They obviously wanted a delivery fee. Anyway this relationship is over. I demanded a refund and left.

Great experience on the showroom floor. “Tall Brian” was very helpful and supportive as he helped me find what would meet my needs. Delivery was a breeze—the truck called and was actually earlier than planned; setup was speedy and smooth; Angel and Sergio who delivered were very respectful and kind, and were focused on doing a good job, making sure I was satisfied.

The salesman gave us great recommendations and our space to browse around without hovering. They handled the sale without any extra sales pressures or a bunch of add ons to the price. The delivery was scheduled and delivered as promised. Updates were provided throughout the process. The delivery crew was ontime, professional, friendly and considerate. This has been an excellent process from start to finish.

From the first moment of walking into the store to delivery of our new sofa, the service was excellent. I was shopping with my elderly mom, who gets tired easily when walking. The staff suggested a wheelchair and had one readily available for our use. It made getting around the huge showroom so much easier for mom. Our shopping trip was successful. We found a quality sofa, with the amenities we were looking for and at an affordable price. Because the product was not in stock at the local warehouse, the sales associate placed the order and said it would be up to 2 weeks for delivery. However, we received a call just 4 days later saying our sofa was in and we could schedule delivery. The delivery was smooth. I received a text and email with the projected arrival time and could track it with the provided link. Upon arrival (which was early), the delivery team, Mitchell and John, were fantastic! They quickly unloaded and setup the new sofa while being professional, courteous and efficient. This was our first purchase with American Furniture Warehouse, but it will not be our last. HAPPY CUSTOMERS 🤗

Lissa back in the cafe makes the best coffee. Everytime I'm in, I stop and get one. Each time, my life is changed. I have seen the face of God, and he is cradled safely inside of the warm, gentle arms of Lissa's mocha iced latte's. I have heard the angels sing, it sounds like an espresso machine. I am forever grateful for the ways that I have been shaped by Lissa, one sip at a time.

Just went to American Furniture and had the best time! Karla was such a joy, she helped us around the store and made some amazing suggestions.
Very professional service, amazing deals, and they even have a café to boot. This is our go to spot shopping for furniture. We literally drove all around Houston going to the different locations just because it’s so good.
We ended up getting a couch, entertainment center, kitchen table,bed frame, pretty much everything for our house.
Highly recommend and if you come to the Webster location, ask for Karla she gives you 100% undivided attention and care. A++ Service.

Everything here at AFW was really good. From customer service to checkout, and ultimately pick-up. They load up your furniture for you and also the furniture is really simple to put together. Good quality wood and no cheap hardware. Sturdy materials

I was ready to spend 2000+ on furniture but the online store wouldn't process my card. So I called twice, first time they said they don't know why & to try again, 2nd time I was told they would have a floor salesman call me but I never got a call . So they lost a sale because it seemed like they didn't want my money & I decided to shop somewhere else . I prefer places that seem to appreciate wanting to do business with me.

I’m so glad my co workers recommended this place. Not only did they have the lowest prices ,I also loved that no one harasses you while you’re trying to shop. I recently have new floors and paint done. When the guys delivered the couch, they were very careful to not hit anything. From start to finish everyone here is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!!
